Does not answer phone during "open" hours. Recording says leave a message, we will call back within 2 days. It has been 8 days and no call back.

Love TOTS. Thankful for the lovely staff and the comfortable space they provide. Definitely would recommend them for anyone looking for a therapist in the McKinney area.

I was searching for a therapist and reached out to TOTS, and while I could not use their services due to insurance, Sydney Brooks has been an absolute star in trying to help me find help elsewhere. That makes me feel like actually going to TOTS for therapy would also be an amazing experience. I highly recommend!

I was very reluctant to try therapy again after a bad experience with a previous therapist (that experience was on betterhelp and involved no therapists from this establishment, to be clear!) I am so glad I decided to give therapy another try and especially at Therapy on The Square. I was referred here by my pediatrician to begin play therapy for my son. I called to inquire and left a voicemail on their machine which said to expect a phone call back within two business days. I have left multiple messages and never received a single phone call back from them since my original call almost two weeks ago. Extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service.
