I mistakenly thought that TOTS was in network with my insurance, and when I called, I spoke with Jenna about our situation. We then realized that I wouldn't be able to use their services, but Jenna continued to speak with me and try to help me navigate things for our daughter. She even put together a list of providers that she found that customize in our area of need and are in network with our insurance. Does not answer phone during "open" hours. Recording says leave a message, we will call back within 2 days. It has been 8 days and no call back.
Love TOTS. Thankful for the lovely staff and the comfortable space they provide. Definitely would recommend them for anyone looking for a therapist in the McKinney area.
I was searching for a therapist and reached out to TOTS, and while I could not use their services due to insurance, Sydney Brooks has been an absolute star in trying to help me find help elsewhere. That makes me feel like actually going to TOTS for therapy would also be an amazing experience. I highly recommend!
I was very reluctant to try therapy again after a bad experience with a previous therapist (that experience was on betterhelp and involved no therapists from this establishment, to be clear!)
