While I am thankful for the services provided for my son and am the first to attest of his progress thanks to the therapists' enormous contributions, the same cannot be said about the individuals who deal with customer service matters. Two stars because of the manager in charge . If a manager has an issue with parents time management then manager should confront the parents and not send her workers to enforce the rules .
They have the most respectful, understanding staff that I have encountered. The therapist are so amazing just love their interactions with the patients. Office is clean and smell cleans as soon you walk in.
Here at Therapy Network they have such an amazing staff, knows patients by their name as soon as they walk in, Office is clean not dirty like other facilities I've been to, smells clean at all times. The therapist are so wonderful with patients, they give patients little snacks after session but of course they ask parents first if it's ok. Staff is very professional and answer any questions you have. Never had a bad experience with them🫶
The “office manager” Leticia is the most unprofessional and dishonest person I’ve ever worked with. She posts TikTok’s at her desk where patient and employee paperwork is visible (I’m pretty sure that’s a hipaa violation) and she’s posting inappropriate content almost daily. Sad to see that this is what represents Therapy Network. If you’re a therapist looking for work RUN the other way- completely unprofessional environment.
