Two stars because of the manager in charge . If a manager has an issue with parents time management then manager should confront the parents and not send her workers to enforce the rules .
They have the most respectful, understanding staff that I have encountered. The therapist are so amazing just love their interactions with the patients. Office is clean and smell cleans as soon you walk in.
Here at Therapy Network they have such an amazing staff, knows patients by their name as soon as they walk in, Office is clean not dirty like other facilities I've been to, smells clean at all times. The therapist are so wonderful with patients, they give patients little snacks after session but of course they ask parents first if it's ok. Staff is very professional and answer any questions you have. Never had a bad experience with them🫶
The “office manager” Leticia is the most unprofessional and dishonest person I’ve ever worked with. She posts TikTok’s at her desk where patient and employee paperwork is visible (I’m pretty sure that’s a hipaa violation) and she’s posting inappropriate content almost daily. Sad to see that this is what represents Therapy Network. If you’re a therapist looking for work RUN the other way- completely unprofessional environment.
I regret to say that my experience with the professional rehab services for my daughter's speech therapy has been incredibly disappointing. Every time I reached out for information on when she would start receiving services, I was met with the runaround. The staff's customer service was shockingly poor, and it seemed like they had little interest in actually providing the services we desperately needed.
