RecommendedIf you need physical therapy, this is the place. The best! Miss Lori has helped me with back issues and through hip replacement surgery. I couldn't have done it without her. They care about you genuinely here. Natalie is their top notch office personnel, and they all have their faithful companion, Haley, to keep them in check.
Been going here for several weeks now and after sustaining a tramatic spinal cord injury, this place is awesome! Lori and Jim are serious about their work. Lori takes the extra time I need to continue to make improvements. Highly recommended!!

I have found this place to be patient focused and Lori, Jim, and the other staff are so skilled and knowledgeable. I believe they deserve more than 5 stars! When I first went there, I was anxious regarding therapy, due to my pain and the fact that I had never been to therapy. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this organization to anyone who wants the best therapists. Thank you, Lori and Jim!
ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH!! This place is awful and you should find somewhere else to have your PT. After two ATTEMPTS rescheduling my appointment, they dicided to lie about me missing appointments and call my PC to inform them!!! Customer service is inferior and they LIE!!!
If one has to go to physical therapy, for whatever the reason, Lori or Jim Tracy (hands) are the only ones I suggest! They're AMAZING!!!
