This place is a complete mess. Got me in right away for a consult in JULY. Now it is October, random person texted me from their phone telling me they don't have time for her but one of their computer workers "might" . Then I call and speak with Robert who not helpful and would send my concerns to "general management" The zoom consultation was odd with a woman named Christen and very generic. They claim to have a waiting list now for 1 year for in home therapy when in July they told me they could get her in right away. This ... read more
We have been involved with Therapy Blocks for about 4 years, both in Las Vegas and in Pahrump. I wish that I could give them1000 stars! The Therapists have all been top notch, very knowledgeable, friendly and always looking to help. Office staff also has been very helpful as well. I have never had any complaints or worries ever!
My son recently started here and I’m glad this is the place we picked. Melissa has helped him so much already and has gone above and beyond to help us understand what’s going on with my son. I highly recommend this place. All the staff are very welcoming!
Never experienced their service as they completely jerked me around for months. I repeatedly tried to contact them for help with my son, there response was we'll call you when we can.... never heard from them. they called me once asking me all sorts of questions, demanding me to respond in text not on the phone ( but never called back) -- very very bad customer service skills !!!!!!
