Had a service over a year ago which was an online meeting that gave some "tips" for feeding our newborn who was having some difficulty latching. We finished, closed everything out, and didn't hear anything from them again until over a year later when I started receiving threatening emails and texts stating I had an overdue balance and they were about to get a collection agency involved. Here it is January 2025 and my son has a referral for physical therapy April 2024 and he still hasn’t had services. They do not communicate or call back in a timely manner. Over it at this point. Look else where for services. What a delay of care and lack of communication on their end.
Do not use their services. They are unreliable and withhold information to keep services
WE LOVE SPEECH THERAPIST ABIGAIL JOHNSON. I AM BIG ON WHO AND WHAT I EXPOSE MY CHILDREN TO AND WE COULD NOT HAVE MET A BETTER PERSON. SHE IS REALLY KIND, PATIENT, AND GENUINE MY SON LOVES HER. SHE HAS BECOME LIKE FAMILY TO US. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
Intake department is horrible. They either don't know or care to navigate authorization for speech home health with private insurances. They give false information of their process, don’t provide documentation, horrible follow up, and don’t return your calls in a timely matter or at all. But the minute you pay out of pocket they remember how to use a phone.
