Float tank and light therapy from the best place around !!great staff and wonderful environment! Highly recommend you check them out if you haven’t it’s the best pampering for the money so treat yourself and you won’t regret it!

This was a great experience and I will be back as often as possible. The float therapy was incredibly relaxing and the massage was very helpful for the soreness I’ve had from my fitness classes.
Today I had my first massage at Therapods with Jay and it won’t be my last!!! It was the most intense yet satisfying massage I’ve ever had. I felt like Jay knew exactly where my trouble areas were without me telling him!! Can’t wait to come back and try a float next time!!!

Y'all. You need to treat yourself to at LEAST one session in a Therapod (because then you will be sold) I live in almost daily pain, so I decided to treat myself for my birthday. Sally and Habib are awesome. Made my first time so easy. The experience is unexplainable- but- I was pain free for a good week afterward! (I work in a hospital, all over the hospital) If your head is spinning with stress, this is also perfect for you!
For my birthday my husband got me an hour float and a massage with Habib. It was an amazing experience. The facility was beautiful and relaxing. The receptionist was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease. The float was so peaceful and relaxing and I was able to turn my mind off and completely relax (which is very difficult for me).
