BEWARE!! Dr. Eltouny is very unprofessional and has violated HIPPA. Has sent me a text (at 11PM!) and faxed my Dr. office another patients file; has asked me to call insurance for every inconvenience he has and even said that insurance "didn't pay him" when Insurance and I have checked the claims and they in fact did. He has denied a service which he confirmed he would do and stopped responding to me and the INSURANCE. Insurance has tried contacting him SEVERAL times for his conduct exactly 6 times and he has ignored ALL of ... read more
