Sherri Betz is an incredible instructor. I took several of her pilates-based online courses for physical therapists and rehab professionals, and her skill and knowledge in teaching were remarkable. She has a very patient and kind demeanor, and is passionate about helping people move well! I am sure she is every bit as effective in the clinic as she is in the "classroom".
For the past 6 years I have struggled with severe knee pain which led to two knee replacements. Due to my having to favor my knees as well as just being out of shape I then developed problems with my lower back. I was apprehensive to try Pilates as I felt I was not in good enough shape or that it would be too difficult.
