Great experience in house. But when we arranged for a therapist to be on site on the school grounds, she did not show up nor let anyone know. This was the Therapist (apparently Senior) and Therapies for Kids were really apologetic, however this still left us with a very upset 6 year old who had been waiting in the office with staff for over half an hour for a Therapist whos response was, yeah I just didnt go because I didn't hear from them
My daughter has a rare physical disability that not many therapist understood. We tried many different therapists and centres within the community but none quite like the team at TFK! We were so greatful when we found a clinic who had knowledgeable and willing to learn staff who felt like family. Pushing boundaries within a safe space to achieve milestones and progress for my little girl.
