I brought my daughter to the Weston location on 12/14/18 for a PT/OT evaluation. I left feeling confident in the PT and I was ready to get my daughter into therapy. It is 1/28/19 and the Coral Springs office never called me. After receiving a message from them it seems that they've sent my daughter's care plan to the Doctor but it hasn't been returned signed and they have sent it 3x's!! AS PER A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO CRITIZE THIS PLACE, THEY ARE NOT WRONG. A LOT OF THE ASSISTANTS DOES MORE WORK THAN THE ACTUAL THERAPIST. SINCE MY LAST EXPERIENCE THEY MUST CHANGE ALL THE WORKERS WHO GAVE THEM BAD REP OR FOR THE COMPANY. A LOT OF WORKERS WAS LET GO AND LOST THERE JOBS. THE OWNER AND HER SON TRAVEL MORE THAN BEING ACTUALLY THERE. IT IS ALL ON INSTAGRAM.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WORKING THERE THEY DO NOT PAY WELL AND ALSO TO BE A PATIENT.
