I had rotator cuff surgery and the Ivy team brought me back to my pre surgery strength - and much faster than expected. My PT John was exceptionally attentive to all my exercises and knew how much to encourage and push me through my rehab progression. Everyone is professional and friendly! I've improved greatly since going to them. The receptionists go out of their way to help with insurance and scheduling. It's been a good experience!
Physical therapists and assistants are excellent. Front desk is another matter; never returns a call or is helpful.
