Bad customer service. The business clearly says OPEN! I called twice with no answer. Then received a text after each call saying to 'Text' (which I did with my question twice). I texts and said it was bad customer service and that ill go somewhere else. Then she texts calling me 'rude and that I'm not hurting her feelings'. Says a lot from a so call 'professional' instead of apologizing and correcting the issue. I guess some folks cant be taught to be professional!
