Just did a sound bath with Daphne. Initially I felt uncertain before it, after, I felt clear. Light. A sense of surety about certain aspects of my life. The stillness allowed me to sit with thoughts I race through and to visualize what I want. To see me accomplishing them. She ended it with bringing us back into the space. Recommended!
It is really hard to find specific words to describe the amazing work of Daphne. From sound baths to hip hop yoga her work delivers peace, regulation, and total wellness! She supports her clients well being and yoga is always a blast. Every class leaves you feeling better than you came. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!
