very bad – i agree with the other posts. she was lacking in knowledge, was very unprofessional (at times offensive), and seemed to be very ill-informed regarding brain injuries yet seemed to have a lot of opinions regarding my condition that she stated as fact.
Once. Not twice. – I met shidi once for my neck. went straight to another therapist after my session with miss shidi. Her energy is completely off. Being late for a medical doctor is acceptable as long as he/she offers knowledge, compassion and professionalism. Windsurfer3's feedback sounds dishonest to me. Excellent, knowledgeable and a real life saver! – I just googled Shamsah Shidi to get her address to give to a friend and was shocked at the reviews. My experience was totally opposite. Shamsah's excellent therapy saved me from having a pin put in my hip. I'm middle-aged, but active, so I wanted to avoid surgery. The doctors weren't sure it could be done, but Shamsah helped me do it! I was so thrilled that when my dad hurt his back, I went down to Naples and brought him up here so Shamsah could treat him. terrible to the last drop – This place is a joke and the owner a complete idiot. I will never return to this place nor do I recommend it. I cannot understand why there is even one star assigned to it.
Therapeutic Quandary – Shamsah Shidi, one of the therapists and owner of therapeutic solutions has proved to be unprofessional, unethical and with little knowledge. She mingles her private and professional lives, letting out her frustrations on patients and their families. She has never been organized using a schedule. she has always been late.
