Employees are friendly. P/u and drop-off are pure chaos. Absolutely no organization. Also, MANY parents/guardians illegally park in disabled/handicap parking spots. Not cool.
We've had some really nice ABA therapists over the years. They work with our child to meet his goals. They take data on our child, which the clinician then analyzes, to see progress on goals. Unfortunately, our top notch ABA therapist left in the Fall. She left for college. We've been asking when Trumpet would replace her. Their response is that we won't be receiving a replacement ABA therapist due to their staffing problems, but rather, they expect the parent to back-fill (replace) the ABA therapist who left for college.
