This is a skills group (not group therapy), held in Boca Raton, in a well appointed office that is warm and inviting, with a large staff of kind, compassionate and skilled practitioners. I repeated the 6 month course (as recommended), and departed with a greater sense of understanding of who I am, how I react to the stressors in my life and how to navigate the complexities of my life with greater ease.
