I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. I booked what was supposed to be a special Mother’s Day massage experience, and throughout the past 24 hours the appointment was changed FOUR separate times, the last one with only about an hour’s notice before the appointment time. Update: It’s been over a year since this review, and I still go see Carrie Ann for my massages and treatments. She’s still awesome and has a great staff supporting her. 5/5, and I don’t plan on leaving her anytime soon. She’s in a bigger space now because she outgrew her old location. I got a hour long back massage after throwing my back out at work . The masseuse was fantastic , explained what she was going to do and how to help and eased my nerves since it was my first massage ever. The price was more then fair considering she really helped me not be in pain
Absolutely incredible experience! Very caring and knowledgeable staff. I came during their busy holiday season and they still made time to give me a quality experimental. I had a 60 minute therapeutic massage and I truly felt like a new person afterwards. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a spa on the island! 100/10 experience!!
