I had a great experience at Therapeutic Massage Institute while suffering from a right deltoid injury from CrossFit gymnastics training. Instead of simply treating the painful area, the therapist Kai took the time to understand where the pain was coming from before starting the treatment. Kai is amazing at pinpointing exactly where the tension is coming from around my SI joint!! Right after the session, I could immediately feel that the whole area was much looser and more relaxed. Even after sitting for long periods every day, which used to aggravate my SI joint, the pain has been gone since the session!! Beyond the physical benefits, Kai also has a naturally calming presence that really helps relieve mental stress. I always leave the session feeling better both physically and mentally. The aquatic therapy was absolutely amazing!! The way Kai knows exactly how to massage your body in the water is insane! He used pressure points and deep tissue therapy under water!! Simply Divine!! Recommend
I have been going to Kai therapeutic massage consistently for the last 6 months. He is really skilled and understands human anatomy. It is not a relaxing session but I feel so much better afterwards and feel improvement in my tight muscles including tennis elbows and tmj. It is not a massage but true therapy and I highly recommend him.
