Received a massage from Grace and it was exactly what I needed. She was very present and attentive to the issues I was experiencing and her approach was very integrative. She payed really good attention to not only my muscular system, but also the fascia & cranial system. She has excellent attention to detail and is very intentional in how she works. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a well rounded practitioner.
Was staying locally for a few days, and really needed some tension release. Found them through searching great Google reviews. Booking was easy and convenient. Got me in fast and Tierney was really good! Perfect pressure, I did deep massage and cupping, it helped me a lot, especially needed from all the driving I have been doing. I will be back when back in the Nashville area.
