I was visiting in Raleigh NC and I needed to have a therapeutic massage. I have started dry needling and my Dr. advised me to have one since I will miss a visit. Mary is extremely knowledgeable, listened to me and she addressed my areas of concern plus others! I would highly recommend her and I wish I lived closer!
I highly recommend Mary services. I started to get tension headaches the first time I have ever had this issue. After looking at Mary’s reviews I booked an appointment. I first starting going to Mary because I've been having back pain from sitting behind a desk all day (Poor posture certainly hasn't helped). Mary has not only helped fix the problem, but taught me habits that makes sure the problem stays fixed. She is very passionate about helping people, and I recommend her to anyone and everyone.
I have been seeing Mary for a few months now. I consider it part of my health care and am aware of body mechanics, and many types of massage treatments and their applications. Mary is amazing at what she does! She helped relieve back and neck discomfort. She gives the perfect amount of pressure and adjusts to my comfort. Hands down, best massage I’ve ever had.
