She took the time to understand problem areas and tailored the massage perfectly. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with noticeable relief in tension and soreness. I was visiting in Raleigh NC and I needed to have a therapeutic massage. I have started dry needling and my Dr. advised me to have one since I will miss a visit. Mary is extremely knowledgeable, listened to me and she addressed my areas of concern plus others! I would highly recommend her and I wish I lived closer!

I first starting going to Mary because I've been having back pain from sitting behind a desk all day (Poor posture certainly hasn't helped). Mary has not only helped fix the problem, but taught me habits that makes sure the problem stays fixed. She is very passionate about helping people, and I recommend her to anyone and everyone.
