Lily's skill in medical/therapeutic massage and CranioSacral Therapy is outstanding. Her massage and CranioSacral Therapy have been extremely effective in managing my muscle tightness and pain in my lower back which is due to pretty severe scoliosis and arthritis. I am very much physically active, including weight training in the gym 4 days a week, which I could not benefit from without Lily's expert services.
I’ve been seeing Lily for almost six months, and the results have been incredible and life changing. I was miserable and on daily medication when I came to her. Lily is a master of her craft(s). She is intuitive in her treatment and highly skilled in several different techniques which enhances her ability to truly customize your treatment. Most recently I have had a series of CranioSacral sessions which have been a game changer for me.
