Arlene is an excellent massage therapist. Really helped take the ouch out of the ailments I have. She is friendly without being effusive (she is knowledgeable on many subjects) and knows the right massage method to bring about relief. Nice to be close by and appointments are always very satisfying.

I have been having a lot of health issues for a couple years now. A lot of little things but they got in the way of my quality of life. It’s been hard to get our bed, I felt so heavy in the morning and my back would throb of pain. I felt sluggish all the time even though I’m active, I would consider myself a very healthy person and would get 7-8hours of sleep every night. Arlene is outstanding! I have had massages in various spas and practices throughout the U.S. Arlene is unquestionably the best therapist I’ve worked with. She is knowledgeable, thorough and offers suggestions for simple exercises to be done on your own to improve your condition.
