I had a bad shoulder injury a year ago and have not regained my full range of motion. Arleen not only helped my whole upper body relax, but she also educated me on ways to keep the muscles relaxed. I was visiting from out of town (family in Concordia) and the massage with Arleen was exactly what I needed to look after my own health during a stressful time.

Arlene is an excellent massage therapist. Really helped take the ouch out of the ailments I have. She is friendly without being effusive (she is knowledgeable on many subjects) and knows the right massage method to bring about relief. Nice to be close by and appointments are always very satisfying.

I have been having a lot of health issues for a couple years now. A lot of little things but they got in the way of my quality of life. It’s been hard to get our bed, I felt so heavy in the morning and my back would throb of pain.
