Massage therapist was good, I would make sure to tip them with cash, to make sure they actually get paid. Doubt management pays much to therapist per appointment. Float pool was clean, a little cold, the music doesn't work, and there was a lack of support pillows so I was forced to float on my back which was painful. Owners and management are only interested in trying to charge extra and blaming customers for poor staff training and communication. I just had the most amazing massage by Jess. I have seen several other providers in the past years and he was absolutely the best.
Do not go here. They do not refund money for accidental bookings. The try everything to keep profit at the expense of their clients. Customer service is horrible and I leaving this review so others don't follow victim to there policies that leave client without a experience or their money.
