My massage by Ralenda was amazing! She is very knowledgeable, and thorough. Gave me tips on things to help prevent pain. I am picky about my massage therapists but she really worked deep on the areas I needed most. I feel amazing after my session with her and I will be back!
Ralenda provided me a great deep tissue massage. She instinctively knew where to apply pressure and where not to, just by watching me move around, before the massage. I hobbled in, as my back and leg were locked up, and when I left, my pain was greatly reduced and my range of motion greatly improved. I have been getting massage for many years. And have tried massage therapy in multiple states and locations. Ralenda is absolutely one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever encountered. She has had training in multiple types of massage, as evidenced by the 12 certifications on her wall. A friend had purchased a massage with Ralenda for me since I had never had a massage. She was very professional. As a first timer she went over the etiquette of draping and checked in on pressure. I had one area on my shoulder that was still sore to touch so she used Neural Reset Therapy and the pain went away. I wasn't a believer in massage till meeting her, now I'm a believer.
