I visited this facility a couple of weeks ago. The receptionist Brandy had that "fake" customer service attitude, it was a bit over the top and insulting. My masseus was late and i was left waiting in their tiny waiting area for 10 minutes. The massage was sub par, the rooms walls seemed like they were paper thin. I could hear people talking in the hall and the room next to me, along with what sounded like running water and toilets flushing.
