Unprofessional and disrespectful of clients’ time. I scheduled this appointment a week in advance and received no confirmation text or call, which has happened multiple times before. A simple follow-up would be standard professionalism. My appointment was originally at 1:00 PM, but she pushed backed to 1:35 to drop off her family. I absolutely love therapeutic scalp and hair salon the owner Mrs. Queen is top-tier with customer service education on healthy scalp to promote healthy hair. She has helped me in very many ways. Understand that Healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp service is A1 truly a diamond love it at her salon.

I had an appointment with this salon today. My experience was amazing. The atmosphere was so peaceful and friendly. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable about hair. Please set up an appointment yourself. You won't regret it.
