I have used Therapeutic Dynamics (TD) for two recoveries in the past two years — once for a gluteus issue (bursitis) and once for my shoulder. I tried other therapies without success before going to TD. My recoveries with TD were phenomenal. My shoulder issue had been persistent for five months with no relief in pain or rotation limitations. Within six visits to TD, my shoulder was back to 100% and I was able to stop therapy.
They are amazing! Professional and very caring. They were able to diagnose the problem causing my pain and create a plan. I did not think I would feel so much better in such a short period of time. Would highly recommend!
Jon and Jazmin are the best! Gentle but effective physical therapy and instructing me on exercises to do at home have reduced my back pain and increased my mobility, confidence and quality of life tremendously. I would recommend Therapeutic Dynamics to anyone recovering from an injury or struggling with a chronic back issue.
