By far one of the best things I have ever done for myself. As a DJ and lifting heavy equipment for year my back has taking a beating. Grace has not only been able to pinpoint that areas that need to be worked on, but has given me such relief with my lower back problems. I would highly recommend Grace and Therapeutic Bodywork

This Masseuse truly knows what an aching body needs. Started going to Grace in 2024 due pain in my upper back and neck issue. She does a total assessment before treatment and truly gets to understand how or if you have pain due to an injury, sports related or simply old age. After a few sessions my pain went away. If you’re looking for a real massage and not one of those foo foo fancy places then you need to stop at this place . Her technique is short of a miracle! Enjoy!!
