Sandra is an exceptional massage therapist. Her knowledge of body mechanics combined with her thoughtfulness make her so easy to recommend. She does not use painful methods like I have gotten from other places. I leave her sessions feeling relaxed, relieved and my back and shoulder muscles feel so much better. I trust Sandra.
