Based on reviews, I had high expectations for this place. I called to inquire about pricing and the person who picked up answered the phone as if I was calling someone's personal number. When I inquired about pricing, she asked me twice if I wanted a massage, which I responded to affirmatively and again inquired about pricing only to be hung up on. Unfortunately, just lost a potential customer.
This was my first time here; the shop is spotless, and the atmosphere is quiet and cozy. The masseurs are friendly, attentive, and highly professional with plenty of experience. Plus, cupping and hot stone treatments are completely free—I’ll definitely tell my friends so we can come and enjoy it together!
I’ve lived in El Cerrito for a long time, and a neighbor told me this place specializes in pain treatment. As someone who drives frequently and sits for long periods, I often suffered from stiff, painful back and shoulders. Shannon treated me, and the pain vanished afterward—you are truly amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
I live near El Cerrito and recently went on a trip; my shoulders and legs were really sore and aching, so I found this masseur. I have to say, the service was incredibly professional—top-notch! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!
Terrible place. I made an appointment today at 4 pm and they told me to come back in 40 mins and they were surprised I was pregnant when I told them on the phone already. I think they did not want to service me and made an excuse. Do not come to this place.
