I paid for a brazilian wax on Groupon, but never received it. When I called to schedule an appointment, the lady answered the phone and told me that I should text her instead. I did just that, but she did not respond. I messaged her a few more times, but still no response. I'm upset now because I paid for a service I didn't receive when I could've went elsewhere. I will not come here in the future or recommend anyone to this establishment!
