I arrived for my first appointment and was greeted by someone at the front desk. She quickly and efficiently got me verified and went throught the issues I have and the use of my insurance. Filling out the forms was quick and easy with her help. I then met Erik my therapist and we went through a brief encounter to go over my issues with ostio arthritis and the concomitant pain. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic and would give it 10 stars if I could! I had a hip revision in May. For the first two weeks of my pt sessions I shuffled into the clinic with a walker, then many weeks with a cane. Jim Moore and his team started me out with very basic mobility exercises in addition to providing ice and electrical stimulation therapy, which helped tremendously.
