⚠️ Cautionary Review for Post-Surgical Physical Therapy ⚠️ I came to this clinic for physical therapy following a knee surgery, hoping for expert guidance in recovery. Unfortunately, my experience was far from reassuring. The staff did not appear knowledgeable about this type of complex post-operative care, and the lack of specialized attention had serious consequences. Basic knee functionality never returned. Poorly managed treatment caused imbalances that eventually led to chronic back issues — ones that now require addi... read more
I have been a patient of Therapeutic Associates for over a year. I was referred by my primary physician for multiple injuries and issues. I am very impressed with the care and professionalism shown by the entire staff. They have allowed me to accomplish my goals in a knowledgeable and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend Therapeutic Associates to anyone looking for physical therapy.
Buyer Beware. This review is for the administration, not for the actual therapy staff. The therapists are great, but when it comes to working with insurance and billing, they will 100% leave you hanging and put in as little effort possible working with insurance. I was under the assumption that my visits were covered, and when I directly asked the PT staff, they told me that I was still within my allowed visits. But I got a bill from Therapeutic Associates (TA) for almost $3000, because it seems the last 2 months of visits... read more
I was referred by my Eugene PT to Gina for a lifetime urological issue not cured by surgery. Dr. Paine has impressive combination of 20 years of PT experience and a wonderful empathic clinical presence. She is smart, with terrific communication skills, and exhibits a relentless commitment to successful patient results. Having received episodic PT treatment for the past 9 years for a variety of knee, back and neck issues, I can state with confidence that Gina Paine is a world class talent. Her patients are indeed fortunat... read more
This place has it all under control. I've been working with Dillon for almost a year now and his dedication and focus to my progress is staggering. There is no doubt as to Dillon's knowledge and his application of that knowledge to my healing. Still on the road to recovery but I shiver to think where I would be had it not been for Dillon's help. My praise to all the staff at the Nampa location.
I was seeing multiple doctors and I was taking medications for my back issues when I began physical therapy here. After only a few weeks I was able to stop all medications and no longer had to see specialists for my back pain. I saw Collin for a couple months and he was wonderful. He listened to all of my concerns and made a treatment plan for me that was reasonable and effective. Everyone I met who works there is kind and caring! I would highly recommend Theraputic Associates to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.
