Spencer was knowledgeable and professional. He tried several methods to reduce my pain in my neck and shoulder. He introduced various exercises to help strengthen the muscles. I feel like I made a lot of progress under his supervision and guidance.
I was having lower back pain and couldn't sit or stand for very long. The therapist and his team took the time to listen to my concerns and questions. They then provided a program to help strengthen my back and ease the pain I was experiencing. In just a couple of weeks, my back pain was greatly diminished. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Spenser Benjamin. PT DPT. I originally went to him for a shoulder issue that had been bothering me for about six years. From the beginning, he really listened, took the time to explain exactly what was going on, and clearly knew what he was doing.
