This was my 2nd knee replacement and having used the Medford office last year for my right knee , I wanted the same guys to help me with my left knee. Both Jay and Courtney were so instrumental in getting me back on the pickleball courts within 5 weeks. They are both so supportive and adaptable to your individual needs and of course, experts in their field. I had my first and last appointment with therapeutic associates on May 14. First of all, they lost my referral which I upon their request hand delivered the referral to them and then two weeks later I called to say did you get the review? Physical therapy with therapeutic associates has been one of my best experiences in Medford, Oregon. They’re very personable when you check in with the warm smile always asking how was your morning or your day going on top of very punctual with each and every appointment that you come in on, i’ve never felt like I was being hurried along in any appointment I had. my results from physical therapy I’ve been positive and I will always use them now and in the future!
