I have my life back thanks to Jay and his excellent team. My recovery from a tibial plateau fracture was a bit of a wild ride. They hung in with me, figuring out the many pieces to my puzzle that were holding me back. The variety of therapies they are able to employ made all the difference. This was my 2nd knee replacement and having used the Medford office last year for my right knee , I wanted the same guys to help me with my left knee. Both Jay and Courtney were so instrumental in getting me back on the pickleball courts within 5 weeks. They are both so supportive and adaptable to your individual needs and of course, experts in their field. I had my first and last appointment with therapeutic associates on May 14. First of all, they lost my referral which I upon their request hand delivered the referral to them and then two weeks later I called to say did you get the review? To which she replied yes I’m sorry about that. Let’s book your appointment. Strike number one. I met with a physical therapist and I can’t remember his name, but I was not impressed.
