Fine...but..lacking humanity My PT was really nice and provided good help to me post surgery. My problem was with the office. They really put me off when I called to tell them I had to cancel as I was on the way to meet the ambulance when my son was being taken to emergency. I must admit I had expected a reply of .."Oh my god, thanks for calling us and don't worry about it, go take care of your son." What I got was, "We will have to charge you for your appointment, that is our policy." Policy or no, the timing was not good. ... read more
Friendly and Knowledgeable Cora and her staff provided quick, friendly, knowledgeable service. She took the time to fully understand my condition and provide both manual therapy and exercises that were tailored to my condition. I particularly appreciated them taking the time to explain the mechanics of my condition and each step of my treatment.
Pain reduction The staff here is friendly and provides good services aimed at relieving injury and chronic pain. Why live with pain when you can get ultrasound treatment, electrical stimulation, ice massage, and targeted exercise? They even use some rather primitive looking tools that do the trick. And will send you home with therabands and athletic tape to support your injured parts or help correct your posture. All this and not even enough of a wait to peruse the latest celebrity news in US magazine.
