What I appreciate is the professionalism, i.e., the therapist has a deep knowledge of how to administer the correct and effective exercises to address my rotator cuff post-surgery healing.
The PTs and staff at Therapeutic Associates are smart and genuinely caring geniuses. My program was about 18 months long because of head injury and surgery and vestibular problems and they worked with me every step--patiently, regularly having to step back and and start exercises again because I wasn't responding. No matter who I worked with, they were encouraging and so educated and never judgmental. This is what I want in a PT. I'd go back to them any time I need help.
