Buyer Beware. This review is for the administration, not for the actual therapy staff. The therapists are great, but when it comes to working with insurance and billing, they will 100% leave you hanging and put in as little effort possible working with insurance. I was under the assumption that my visits were covered, and when I directly asked the PT staff, they told me that I was still within my allowed visits. But I got a bill from Therapeutic Associates (TA) for almost $3000, because it seems the last 2 months of visits... read more
