Charging hundreds of dollars for a 20 minute video call and a PDF with stretches. What a scam.
I don't like yoga: it hurts; it's awkward; and it eats up valuable time. The problem is that, at least with Dr. Arpit, it works. He took into account my age and physical problems to modify poses to better suit my needs, discussed the rationales for the poses he picked, and constantly reviewed my progress and suggested changes in what I was doing. If you're looking for effective physical therapy, Dr. Arpit should be your choice. James Walsh
Fantastic experience! Dr. Arpit goes above and beyond to address the underlying cause and not just the symptoms. Referred for plantar fasciitis. Ended up with more mobility in my entire lower body after Dr. Arpit put me through the paces.
Dr. Arpit was great in helping me figure out my hip pain. I was slow at figuring a few things out and he was very patient with me while I was able to get everything down. He got me sorted and on the road to recovery and now I have the knowledge how to prevent future issues!
I worked with Dr. Arpit for about 14 appointments. I was not sure if I wanted to do PT remotely because I was hesitant it would give me the same results as in person. I was completely wrong. Working with Dr. Arpit remotely, I was able to get everything done in the exact same way as I would have working in person, but I didnt have to go anywhere.
