I was hesitant at first to do PT. I came in with extreme Jaw Pain but Dr. Arpit was amazing in helping me not only learn and discover more physically, mentally and emotionally on new things but helped a lot in reducing my pain. I was hesitant to do virtual physical therapy as I’m sure most of the people reading this are. However, this was one of the best things I could have ever done for my mental and physical health. I worked with Arpit for about 16 sessions. I had disc problems in my neck, and had been taking muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatories 24/7 to help with the pain, for a few months. After just 2 weeks of intensive physical therapy with Arpit, I was able to cut back on the need for these pills dramatically, and now 17 sessions later I barely ever need to take them.
