Incredibly confused with the "accounting" department. The woman who I spoke with had a child crying in the background as well as other people. Makes you feel slightly uncomfortable giving a cc number as she reads it off, I'm assuming in front of other family members.
This company is awful for customer service they don’t answer phones and you can’t get email through but they don’t hesitate to want to bill you for things your insurance will pay’ will someone please get it together.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They bill the insurance company for the wrong date and will never fix it. They tell you they will and tell you they will call you back but then they never do. Don't do business with them.
The accounting department for this lab is a disaster. They have sent me to collections in error twice.
The people were nice, they had nice equipment, they are on the back corner
