I recently relocated to NC and in my search for a primary care provider I cam across Dr. Daniel. I arrived for my appointment and was informed by the staff that I had a copay. I explained that I do not have a copay, I have a coinsurance until I meet my deductible and out of pocket. Because my out of pocket has been met. The unperfessional staff (not the person who checked me in) insisted that I had to pay 10% coinsurance.
