I had an awesome experience from the service at Theralux Padstow. They were able to assist with something that all other companies couldn't be bothered to look into. Vicki is a legend
After reading the poor reviews on Theralux, I was concerned on whether my warranty claims would be honoured as it was installed by the pool company that we engaged post COVID. I have to give a special shout out to Ebony G. on her efforts to resolve my issues. Installers did not fully instruct on our pool handover, so I cannot fully blame equipment malfunction. Pump has stopped working properly. Still within warranty but 3 weeks on and no help from theralux. We have to keep chasing them. Won't be replacing the components with theralux. Overpriced and service is rubbish
Our Chlorinator has never worked properly, after contacting theralux multiple times about the issue we are still waiting for them to get back to us...We have paid for a product that doesn't do what it is designed to do. Can we take this matter to the ACCC? and from reading the other reviews this doesn't look too good for Theralux or Aqua Technics who sell this product.
The website states”lifetime support”, which is one of the things that attracted me to the product. I could not be more disappointed in the support provided (or lack of). We’ve have the Pro pack system for almost 18months. It’s never really worked well. I don’t think the quantum ever worked at all. I’ve sent multiple emails, messages and calls between the Sydney and Gold Coast offices during this time. Still chasing a resolution.
