Our Chlorinator has never worked properly, after contacting theralux multiple times about the issue we are still waiting for them to get back to us...We have paid for a product that doesn't do what it is designed to do. Can we take this matter to the ACCC? and from reading the other reviews this doesn't look too good for Theralux or Aqua Technics who sell this product.
The website states”lifetime support”, which is one of the things that attracted me to the product. I could not be more disappointed in the support provided (or lack of). We’ve have the Pro pack system for almost 18months. It’s never really worked well. I don’t think the quantum ever worked at all. I’ve sent multiple emails, messages and calls between the Sydney and Gold Coast offices during this time. Still chasing a resolution.
Do not buy from this company. We bought the whole pool system with wireless PH doser and have had nothing but problems from the start. Contacted the company many times, they never fixed despite admitting part of it was installed incorrectly, promised to send us parts but never did, then started avoiding us. We've never experienced such poor service from any company in Australia. Avoid at all costs!
Rubbish. Do not purchase this product. Do not waste your money or time. Our Chlorinator has never worked properly, after contacting the company multiple times about the issue we had to wait until the chlorinator completely stopped working (after being only 12 months old) for the company to respond to us. Now we are still waiting for parts to arrive, and then waiting again for repairs… in the middle of summer.
Therachlor cells only last 2-3 years, my last one corroded out the centre plate, clearly a manufacture fault, but because it was my second one, they only offer a 1 year warranty, which I was past. They know their product has a short life, and refused to replace, they just want $900 for another one. .. My suggestion is, bypass this mob and buy a better system.
