Wow. Tiffany was able to get me to slow down and smell the roses. Between a full time job, keeping up with my family, and many volunteer gigs I can't afford to take my time. (I'm also very impatient!) Tiffany really knows her stuff. She has great knowledge of the muscles and body mechanics. She was able to identify that my home office ergonomics was causing some weird knee and leg pain. Highly recommend her!
