Had an excellent massage with Glynn today. He diligently addressed the areas that were bothering me and provided a wonderful and relaxing experience. I felt 100 times better when I left! If you’re looking for someone who actually knows what firm pressure/deep tissue is, he is your guy! I booked my next appointment and can’t wait to go back! He also showed me the other wellness things they offer and can’t wait to try those too!
The staff here is always friendly & welcoming. I bought a 3-pack body experience with one of them being the biomat. I’ve done the biomat at another spa but I liked this one more. It seemed larger and a more relaxing space. Also you’re able to Bluetooth your device to their headphones so you can listen to your own music, audiobooks etc. It relaxed me and is like a heating pad the length of your body underneath of you but with so many benefits! I really love TheraKneads!

Therakneads is awesome! Great staff. Extremely helpful and competent. I use Kayla for massage, and she knows exactly what to do so I leave pain free. I have a whole lot of back and leg issues. Plus she's able to give me some relief when other issues pop up.
