Positives: The staff, in particular the front staff, is lovely and kind. Everyone is clearly knowledgeable. Negatives: Theradynamics seems to have a business model that prioritizes maximizing the quantity of patients being worked with at one time. This leads to therapists regularly giving you an exercise and then watching for 5-10 seconds and running to another patient. Rutu was a wonderful physical therapist! I am a professional dancer suffering from a partial ACL tear, and I truly wouldn’t be coping as well I am without her help! We started 5 days post injury and I believe that has helped exponentially in my rehabilitation efforts and fought the opportunity for muscular atrophy to set in and make this process even harder.
