I never leave reviews but I have to do so this time. The therapists here are wonderful and that’s the only reason my review is 2 stars and not zero. The customer service from the administrative side is basically absent. Settings up my initial visits was easy, but when it came time to re-evaluate and get more visits approved they completely dropped the ball. I have called, emailed, gone in person…it takes over a week to get any response. When they finally followed up after 2 weeks without care they told me I need a new prescr... read more
Ernest and Naisa are both experienced, knowledgeable physical therapists who give clear directions during treatment. Clearly expert multitaskers given the busyness of this practice, they are also personable and focused on the people they are working with. The practice itself is spacious and the front desk staff helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend if you live uptown!
I’ve had an excellent experience working with Rutu and Carlos at Theradynamics in Inwood! I’ve been coming in regularly over the past month and am seeing terrific results in my recovery progress. Highly recommend coming here if you need PT in the neighborhood. Samantha at the front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable for anyone interested in receiving PT here.
