I'm sure they're great with other injuries, but do not come here for rehab post Achilles Rupture surgery. I saw a different PT every time I went, and the one male PT I saw started to aggressively massage my foot at 4 weeks post-op because "the achilles should be healed by now," and insisted I talk to my surgeon about removing my boot and returning to normal daily function. I am very happy with the physical therapy I received from Rutu Patel—she is very professional.
I have been feeling better with every session. Came here limping on first day and now I am walking without any limping or pain. Pranali has been very patient to me. She answered all my questions patiently, even though I have a hearing problem and sometimes find it difficult to hear. Abby , the front desk staff also has been a nice person to work with.she is always helpful with any questions or doubts.
I started therapy with Pranali after my TKR , and it’s been a great experience. She is always welcoming, attentive, takes time to understand each patient’s needs. In just 5 sessions , I already feel noticeable improvement.she patiently answers all my questions and makes the whole process comfortable. Highly recommend!
