Good Afternoon, I just left the establishment Theradynamics Physical & Occupational Therapy - Harlem, NY. I was turned away the young lady at the front desk informed me that she did not have a referral for me. I informed her that i submitted all my paperwork at my previous visit to the facility. That said i was told i could not receive treatment. She seemed as though she couldn't care any less and more concerned with what was going on with her cell phone. The establishment is small but accommodating. What makes it tolerable is the physical therapists that works with you. All the physical therapists are patient, motivating and very professional. The reason I didn’t give it a (5) star does not have anything to do with the physical therapists or location. When you have an 8 AM appointment, don’t expect it to be 8 AM. My PT treatment was done at 2389 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. Harlem location. The staff is very comforting and professional to their clients. I want to give recognition to Shivani the therapist that helped me with a customized treatment plan that was effective in getting me back to normal. She an outstanding therapist that know her stuff. I recommend Theradynamics for PT because they care about the well -being of their clients.
The team at Theradynamics Harlem took really amazing care of me! Everyone from Gio, Shibani, and Nyati, were consistent and compassionate with my injury and pushed me to progress. Their new Harlem location is amazing and inspiring and helped on my healing journey as well!
