I have been feeling so much better after using the physical therapy sessions provided by referral to the Theradynamics 138th St! I use to wake up with back pain and now those days are over thank goodness. Thank you to the team there that help all recover as much as possible.
I have been to this location several times and had the pleasure of getting trained by Toesha, Prapulla and many others that I don’t know their names only their faces. The location is spacious and clean. So far I have had no issue getting therapy here.
Toesha has been very accommodating, polite, gentle, helpful and knows exactly what excercises that I need for my recovery. I would recommend her to anyone that may need physical therapy.
