New patient. I walked in and was ignored, and waited while I witnessed the receptionist argue with a client about her not having an appointment. Rudeness on all counts and unprofessional. The seats appeared to be torn up and unkempt.
Just came from there to register someone I care about for PT, watched the receptionist in front get into an argument with a client then proceeded to catch an attitude when we decided to leave. We didn't even get a hello upon entry mind you
Miguel is an excellent physical therapist, he is patient , attentive and professional. The exercise he gives stands out noticeable while in the process of my recovery, I’ve seen great improvement with his exercise choices!!
Marcus and Miguel are my therapist. They are excellent workers, I enjoy their therapeutic assessments and work out. This is my first time here and I would recommend them to anyone, friendly, professional and respectful. This center is very accommodating and work environment among each other are outstanding. These tow worker help me with my healing to go back to the workplace. Blessings!
Miguel and his team has been very outstanding throughout my recovery after receiving total knee replacement. I have been to other therapy places but they standout. From the beginning, he created a treatment plan that was both effective and encouraging. He is knowledgeable, and made sure that I had nothing to worry about my recovery. I truly appreciate the care that I received from them. I highly recommend this place to anybody who'll undergo knee replacement. I'm really happy that my home therapist sent me to them.
