Amazing facility and great people
My mother receives physical therapy at Theradynamics on Bartow Ave, and I want to acknowledge that her therapist is excellent—professional, caring, and attentive. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk has been extremely disappointing. On October 6, 2026, we arrived around 1:20 p.m. because my mother was experiencing back pain. She had a 3:15 p.m. appointment, but I clearly explained TWICE to the front desk employee that she was there as a walk-in and that we wanted to cancel the 3:15 appointment. This location is the BEST, it is very clean and kept up to the highest standards, but the best part of this location is the staff. Miguel the head Therapist is very attentive very knowledgeable in what he’s doing and he will help you achieve your goals.Manu was my therapist, I had a knee replacement surgery and when I tell you he was patient and extremely attentive I really don’t know what I would have done without him.(the Best). I arrived unable to walk following surgery, but thanks to the therapist Juan Miguel de Borja and his colleagues—and their expertise, patience, and kindness—I am walking in perfect condition today. I am very grateful to them.
