Leaving this review on behalf of my mother . The therapy sessions itself are pretty good however, the customer service is horrible . She is frustrated as she is not able to get in contact with anyone to send her progress notes which is needed for her disability benefits during her recovery time . She has called and not able to reach anyone . We also tried to fill out the medical records request and the form couldn’t even submit . I’ve been going Bay Plaza Theradynamics since January. From then to now my knee mobility has improved so much and I feel like I can do basic movements that people take for granted. Miguel was the PT that initially saw me and did my first evaluation and he knew what to do to get me back to being able to do basic movements without feeling too much pain. Here I am back for therapy once again after shoulder surgery in April 2025. I chose Theradynamics again because they have excellent therapists. So far I am making good progress and all the therapists are so professional and caring. I particularly love the therapist Princie whom I had a few times. I feel very comfortable with her and she is exceptionally knowledgeable and caring and I am fortunate to have therapy here. I will never go anywhere else as I am very happy at this location.
