The workers are really nice and the place is so clean
I am dealing with lower back to behind the knee pain. Within 3 sessions I already feel better than I have in over a year. Miguel is great. Personable, knowledgeable and knows to make the patients feel comfortable. Looking at all the other members who work for the company I have yet to see patients not feel welcomed and uncomfortable.
I absolutely love coming to my weekly appointment at the Bartow Avenue location. I am greeted by Jermaine upon arrival and he addresses me by name. Then I have Miguel as my therapist and not only is he amazing and professional. He truly knows what he’s doing. It is my second time being a patient of his and I can’t say enough good things about him. He remembered me being his patient from two years ago when I had a shoulder injury he helped me with. As a parent, watching Miguel work with my son has been great. He takes his time with explaining everything to him so my son understands everything. He also has a wonderful bedside manner, keeps my son laughing. The staff here at the bay plaza location is amazing. I have no complaints.
