This place is not professional. The front desk clearly needs help as they are very overwhelmed with paperwork and phone calls. They do not answer the phone and when they do at times you are on hold while they are speaking with clients. The therapists are very engaging. My issue is with the horrible front desk which is due to limited staff. They seemed confused and easily frustrated.
I have great regards for the staff at Theradynamics. On entering the front desk, they are attentative and great you politely. From day one they personalized my therapy. Though challenging at times, they are mindful of my pain and limitations and strongly encouraged me to do activities within my limits. I have made significant progress. Miguel and Marcus do a great job!
This is a very good place to go to because they are very professional especially the Physical therapists named Miguel and Jane along with their OT Matthew and all of the staff. Thank you for all of your passion and dedication to each of your patients. I definitely recommend this place for everyone!
