I go Regularly to another location Everyone else is wonderful Besides the front desk woman. She never says hello, not a word to me. I have no idea what her issue with me is? She refuses to help me or book a ride. I watch her smile and act cordial towards everyone else. I like my therapists, Maybe I need another location, Where the customer service person at the the front desk is at the very least pleasant. She puts me off going to appointments. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Once I went, they told me to do exercise i got on the machines, they left. went on their phones, talking with each other , doing anything but work and checking on me. and when I called them over, they all say to wait and didn't Come for what felt like an eternity . Theyre SO disrespectful and rude. Theyre always yelling and are extremely inconsiderate They dont help me with exercising AT ALL.
Went for my knee for 12 appointments and worked with Juhi and Krutisha. Over the course of the 12 appointments I felt a large improvement and rarely have as much pain as I was experiencing. I also really like that this place has long hours, open on Saturdays, and allows walk-ins so you don't have to schedule ahead for appointments.
