The staff at Theradynamics were usually nice people, but the actual therapy wasn't up to par. I had a few sessions at this location and here's my experience before deciding to find another PT location: Lack of Attentiveness: Therapists seemed pretty distracted, after talking to you for a few seconds to tell you the next exercise they usually left and were all gathered on the other side of the room socializing. I go Regularly to another location Everyone else is wonderful Besides the front desk woman. She never says hello, not a word to me. I have no idea what her issue with me is? She refuses to help me or book a ride. I watch her smile and act cordial towards everyone else. I like my therapists, Maybe I need another location, Where the customer service person at the the front desk is at the very least pleasant. She puts me off going to appointments. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Once I went, they told me to do exercise i got on the machines, they left. went on their phones, talking with each other , doing anything but work and checking on me. and when I called them over, they all say to wait and didn't Come for what felt like an eternity . Theyre SO disrespectful and rude. Theyre always yelling and are extremely inconsiderate They dont help me with exercising AT ALL.
