I really wish I had a better experience here as it's so convenient to my home and they take a lot of insurance, but I went here in 2024 and kept telling them that a couple of the exercises they made me do were causing pain (sometimes a sharp pain) in my shoulder. They would consistently say 'push through' and 'do the best you can.' They acted like I was just being a wimp. I ended up being diagnosed with shoulder tendonitis which turned into a frozen shoulder.
