I started my positive mental health journey with TheraCounsel a few months ago. And I am so glad I made this decision. It’s probably the best one I’ve made in my whole entire life. I am so grateful and thankful for TheraCounsel and my wonderful therapist Sophie! I have learned so much about myself and was given the space and understanding I truly needed to feel comfortable and express myself. My doctor Tracy is also so amazing, kind and informative. I worked with the therapist Sophie in the past and she was fundamental in my recovery journey in working to overcome my substance use and mental health challenges.
