I started my positive mental health journey with TheraCounsel a few months ago. And I am so glad I made this decision. It’s probably the best one I’ve made in my whole entire life. From someone who has lived in countless states and been with many therapists, I can honestly say Sophie is one of a kind. She has no issues saying things exactly how they are to you or anyone involved in your recovery. Im not sure where or who Id be without her. She did not give up on me even when I wanted to give up on myself. She is not just a therapist to me but a true friend in life.
