I am so grateful and thankful for TheraCounsel and my wonderful therapist Sophie! I have learned so much about myself and was given the space and understanding I truly needed to feel comfortable and express myself. My doctor Tracy is also so amazing, kind and informative. She helped me find the right medication and I'm actually feeling positive after being down and out for so long. 😌 I highly recommend contacting TheraCounsel for anyone looking for help!
